Common Questions
Frequently asked.
A few of the questions most often arriving in our inbox from clients across New Haven, Hartford, and Fairfield County.
- Where are you located?
- Flow Guidah is based in New Haven, Connecticut. We serve clients across New Haven, Hartford, and Fairfield County, with both in-person sessions in our New Haven sanctuary and virtual sessions for those further afield.
- What is holistic healing?
- Holistic healing addresses the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — rather than isolated symptoms. We weave Reiki, Akashic Records readings, and Yoni rituals into a single integrated practice that supports your nervous system, your inner life, and your physical vitality.
- Do I have to choose one modality?
- No. Many clients begin with a single modality and weave in others over time. During your intake we'll discuss what your present chapter is asking for.
- Is this a substitute for medical or psychological care?
- No. Energy work is complementary to — never a replacement for — medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. We encourage clients to maintain their primary care relationships.
- What should I wear or bring?
- Comfortable, loose clothing. You remain fully clothed for Reiki and Akashic sessions. For Yoni rituals, a private robe is provided. Bring nothing but yourself; everything else is held for you.
- How do I book?
- All sessions begin with a short application. Most applicants hear back within three days with an invitation to schedule.
- Do you offer virtual sessions for clients outside Connecticut?
- Yes. Reiki distance work and Akashic Records readings translate beautifully over video. Yoni rituals are offered in-person only at our New Haven sanctuary.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We ask for 48 hours notice for any reschedule or cancellation. This honors both the container and the waiting list.
