For fertility support or perimenopause

Twice a month, timed to your cycle in coordination with a fertility-aware practitioner. We do this work alongside, not instead of, your medical care.

When not to steam

During pregnancy. During active bleeding. With an IUD in place. With an active vaginal infection. If you are using fertility-tracking thermometers and the heat would skew readings, talk with your practitioner before steaming.
